Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with questions and concerns

Setting up customer accounts

Customer follow-up via email and telephone

 

Requirements:

Great communication skills - both written and verbal

Reliable computer with high-speed internet

Long-distance telephone service with 3-way calling ability

The desire to help others

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work independently without supervision

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

 

Compensation: Commission + Bonuses + Incentives
