We are a USA Based Wholesale Manufacturing Company seeking professionals with a wide range of talents and expertise to help us expand nationally. We prepare marketing materials, engage in customer education and work primarily online. No sales, billing or collections are involved. Full training will be provided by our staff of professionals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting potential customers with questions and concerns

Setting up new customer accounts

Customer follow-up via email and telephone

Online Advertising

Participating in weekly team meetings

 

 

Ideal candidate will have:

Commitment, determination, and great learning and listening skills.

Must have a friendly, upbeat phone presence and enjoy helping others

Great communication skills - both written and verbal

Reliable computer with high-speed internet

Long-distance telephone service with 3-way calling ability

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work with a team as well as independently without supervision

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Live in the US and be at least 18 years of age.
